You can do it using FreshOutline and free CutePDF Writer.^* FreshOutline helps you to create, edit and reorganize tree and fill outline item data. CutePDF Writer helps you to generate PDF on the fly when you print document.

How does it works?

What is FreshOutline and what can it do you can read here. And what is CutePDF Writer? This is a FREE tool that implements virtual printer which emulates printings and saves your data as PDF file on the fly. You choose print operation (more frequently it is "File/Print..." menu item), select CutePDF Writer as print device in "Print" dialog, click "OK" button, setup output PDF file name in "Save As" dialog, and get desired PDF file.

First you must install CutePDF Writer (FreshOutline must be installed too...:). When all are installed and PDF file creation are tested you can begin to make your tree's PDFs.

There are two ways. First, you can use known way using "File/Print..." menu item in main mode or print preview mode. Second way is to export data to RTF file (choose "File/Export..." menu item) then print data from RTF text editor (Microsoft Word, Word Perfect etc.) using its "File/Print..." menu item. There are difference between this ways. First of them do not permit to edit small details of document look. You can only change parameters in "Page and Document Setup" dialog. Second way assumes RTF text editing as you need. Please try and choose better for you.
